PRIVACY POLICY

All information collected by Thimblebees is used for our purposes only.  We will not sell, publish or transfer any personal information to anyone.

PAYMENT POLICY

We gladly accept all forms of pay pal!  Money orders and cashier's checks are also welcomed.  You can also send a personal check, however, if you choose this option your order will be shipped once your check has cleared.

SHIPPING POLICY

 Be sure to send the correct mailing address.   Most orders are packaged and shipped within 7 to 10 business days except for custom orders.  In the event of delay we will contact you via phone or email.  If an order is on backorder we will hold your order until all items can be shipped together unless you instruct us otherwise.  Most orders are sent USPS priority mail.   Global Priority is used for most international packages. 

All in country customs, duties, taxes, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item, please call us at 912-287-0475 or email us at gbashlor@thimblebees.com , and let us know what items you want to return.  Return merchandise will be accepted only if you notify us by email or phone ahead of time.  All merchandise must be returned in original condition.  Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will charge shipping and handling on orders returned for exchange. 

Custom orders cannot be returned.  Cut goods, such as fabric, laces, piping, and any other merchandise cut by the yard are non-refundable, except in the event of defective goods or a shipping error.

SAMPLES

We would be happy to send you samples along with any purchase.  Just email us, and include the name, item number, and description of the fabric or lace that you would like.  Also, include your name and mailing address.
